This is the last Will and Testament of Robert Thomas Mate of Her Majestys Ship Terror now at Woolwich I give devise and bequeath all my real and Personal Estate of what kind soever the same may consist at the time of my decease or over which I may then have any disposing power unto my sister Mary Yeoman of No 104 Union Street Stonehouse in Devonshire widow her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely and forever I appoint William Chard and Edward Chard of Cliffords Inn London Navy Agents Executors of this my will and revoke all former wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand  this 5th day of May 1845 the word widow inserted between ninth and tenth  line before execution. On the 7th July 1855 Admōn (with the will annexed) of the goods chattels and credits of Robert Thomas late Mate belonging to Her Majestys Ship Terror deceased was granted to Mary Yeoman widow the sister and the universal Legatee named in the said will having been first sworn by Cōmon duly to administer William Chard and Edward Chard the Executors named in the said will having renounced the probate and execution thereof._
