This is the last Will and Testament of me Edwin James Howard Helpman Clerk in charge of Her Majestys Ship Terror made this 11th day of March one thousand eight hundred and forty five I give devise and bequeath unto my Mother Mrs Eleanor Helpman widow residing at No 20 Union Road Plymouth all pay half pay prize money bounty money pensions and all other money Estate and Effects of every kind quality and description in any way due owing and belonging unto me at the time of my decease subject to the payment of any just and lawful debt due and owing by me and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Mr Robert Moon Oliver of Devonport in the County of Devon Navy Agent Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written _ E. Proved at London 15th June 1854 before the Worshipful William Robinson Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Robert Moon Oliver the sole Executor to whom Admōn was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
